ESMW, Inc. has a 20,000 sq. ft. shop with a drive through for tractor trailer loading and unloading in our commercial metalwork shop.
We have four 2 ton, and one 5 ton overhead cranes covering almost the entire custom sheet metal facility.
Our shop features drive through tractor trailer loading and unloading capabilities. We have 1 double drop trailer, 3 flat bed trailers, and 1 goose neck trailer available for loading your custom sheet metal.
ESMW, Inc. has 2 fork lifts with 5,500 lb. and 30,000 lb. capacities.
ESMW, Inc. is home to heavy duty equipment to assist us with custom fabrication for you.
Our facility contains an 8x20 ft. 100 amp plasma capable of 3/4 in. steel, 1/2 in. stainless steel, and aluminum.
ESMW, Inc. has a hydraulic shear with 12ft. @ 3/8 in. rating capacity.
We have a two 12 ft. breaks at 200 and 175 tons.
Our shop has a variety of rolls that allow us to roll up to 8 1/2 ft. wide 3/8 in. plate.
